USB Midi keyboard not working

Hello,

So when I plug in my Nektar Impact lx49+, it tells me that the drivers were not successfully downloaded. But there are no drivers to download, as the lx49+ runs off of the windows class drivers. It shows up in my device management as "other devices" with a yellow exclamation mark as "Impaxt lx49+" So it's being recognized, but even when I delete the problem driver, use different ports, restart windows, etc, it just isn't working. I've use other MIDI devices before. Any clue on how to make this work?

Thanks guys, I really need this to start working soon. My income is off of my music production, and a keyboard is pretty crucial for me.

I run windows 7 64 bit on Parallels.

Hi @JonathanP6, please take a snapshot (Actions > Take snapshot) and then remove the USB drivers from Windows virtual machine and reinstall Parallels Tools by clicking Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if that helps.

Hello,
so I tried that, it and gives me the same issue of the yellow exclamation. It works on the Mac side of things though, when I switch it to Mac.
