Worked perfectly under 10.12.6 and parallels 11 (I have rolled back both now). After upgrades, USB TMC Bulk IN endpoint returns 0 bytes immediately and goes on to time out. Broke all virtual machines Win 10, 7 (2 separate installs) under Keysight and National Instruments drivers.

    Any known fixes?

Hi @ScottR5, could you please clarify, is the device USB 3.0 or not?

In case it is not, shut down your virtual machine and kindly do the
    following:

    1. Open you virtual machine configuration as described in
    http://kb.parallels.com/117287
    2. Go to Hardware > USB & Bluetooth > Advanced Settings
    3. Uncheck 'Enable USB 3.0'
    4. Start your virtual machine and check if the issue still persits.
    5. If the issue still persists, please collect a Problem report while
reproducing the issue (Help > Send Technical Data).

    Hi Paul,
As I have rolled back to working versions (deadlines to meet), I cannot currently experiment with the broken versions. However, before rolling back, I did try the suggestion above and neither ON or OFF "USB 3.0" helped (I have always use OFF). In addition I can add that the USB control endpoint functioned correctly, HID endpoints functioned correctly and BULK OUT endpoint functioned correctly. Only the BULK IN endpoint failed to return data (sometimes would work 1 time after a reboot, then always returns 0 bytes).
    Thank you,
    Scott
