use WIFI for Lion and ethernet for Windows VM

Hi all, i'm trying to set up the following configuration:
Use the wifi network to use in my osx lion, and set the ethernet network for the win vm,
i have put the configuration on parallels network as bridged network for ethernet, but on the win vm, no ip address are assign and yes the network where the ethernet is connect have a dhcp server.

psn shared network option everything works well.

so can you help me?

Make sure that the virtual machine network adapter is enabled: launch Parallels Desktop for Mac, click the Network Adapter link in the main configuration window to open its settings. Make sure that the Enabled and Connect cable at startup options are selected in the Device Status area. Under the Emulation section select the Bridged Ethernet option and choose Default Adapter or any other Mac network connection interface that is connected to the network.
