Two macs with the same issue. Installed and updated Parallels and transferred the VM to their system. The user's Mac loses Internet connection when the virtual machine is launched. When Internet connection comes back, it is slow, unstable and intermittent. Takes a couple of restarts to fix the intermittent connection issue. The Mac uses WiFi connection and Ethernet and the virtual machine is configured to use Shared Network. KB https://kb.parallels.com/en/117191 does not solve issue. Had to restart system to get Internet back. systems are OS X 10.15.17. Parallels version 16.5.0. (Business Edition) Windows version 1909 (fully updated OS and app) Troubleshooting attempted: Deleted VM, transferred it again, same result Installed VM on my system, no issues (but I am OS X 11) Installed Parallels Tools Tried the KB listed above Put in ticket with Support 3 days ago and have not heard anything back Anyone have any input?
