User Name Format

On the Parallel's Desktop for Mac v15.5 the format for my Username is: domain\login name. On the iOS version the app wants me to format the Username: login name@domain. But no matter which way I enter it I still can't get logged in from iOS. I have mirrored the settings from the Desktop version but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to login to a Terminal Server running:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

Hi @PhilipD2 , and did you get your credentials from your RAS administrator?

If yes, please ask him for the login options again, may be about the Server name and ip address.
