Using application Parameters

I am trying to publish an application which requires a program argument using the ApplicationServer. I had expected that I could just place these arguments in the section labelled 'Parameters:', on the Add Application dialog to do so. However, when I come to run the application from the client, it doesn't appear to be picking up the argument. Is there something more I should be doing?

I am using version 3.6 of the 2X AS.

Get the latest 2X AS. A new build was released yesterday I think and from what I have heard it fixes that.
 
I have just downloaded the new version and it works fine now.
Thanks for your help.
