Hey, I need some information/help with getting parallels to work with macromedia runtime files. When i try to run these files off a cd, i get a splash screen for the program, but then an error message that reads "cannot locate the cd-rom" "Please insert the correct cd-rom, select ok and restart application"
The winXP VM is capable of opening other file types on the disk without difficulty. Is macromedia runtime a program that uses a 3D graphics card? is there something else that is causing this not to work? i tried updating to the beta release to see if that would correct the problem, and I also tried coping and then running the files from the hard drive, but in both cases i got the same error message...
anyone have any ideas?
