Using parallels without internet

Hi all
I am new to to parallels and play with the lite version. I am travelling a lot and often dont have internet access. Can I use parallels without internet access? So far it seemed not to allow me to boot a vm if I am not connected. Or is this only due to the lite version?

Hello, you can start your Windows VM without internet connection.
Once the issue with Parallels Desktop starting reoccurs please provide us with the detailed issue description? Did you get any specific error message?
