Using Parallels

I have a program running within Parallels 9 and I also have a program running on the Mac side, PDFpenPRO6. Is there a keystroke to go back and forth to activate the Parallels window and the Mac PDFpenPRO6 window? I am continually taking my hand off the keyboard to reach for the mouse and I'd like to avoid that.

Command+Tab lets you cycle thru all open programs, this is a OS X feature, not a Parallels feature.
