Using Windows 7 from a JetDrive SD Card

Hello,

I am using a MBP Mid 2015 with a 2,2 GHz i7 and 16 GB RAM.
I am using Parallels for developing .NET Applications on a Windows 7 OS.
My problem is, that my Mac has only a 250 GB SSD. So, I bought a JetDrive SD Card with 150 GB and installed my VMs there.
I think the writing Speed of the Win7 is to slow. So sometimes the VM is freezing and unusable.

Is there any settings which I am able to change, to speed up the VM ?

Thanks :)

Hi @BastianB1,
The virtual machine freezing could occur if the external storage is not formatted correctly or corrupted. Make sure you have your external storage in the Mac OS Journaled or ex-FAT formats. Check this link for running virtual machines from external storage and its limitations.
