Using windows GPS antenna on Mac with Parallel

I switched to Mac and one of the important program I need to keep is a nautical navigation program which is only developed for PC. It come with a GPS antenna for PC again. I tried to use it with Bootcamp and had problems. Now I am testing Parallel 7. Can I use the GPS antenna on the mac through windows 7 or is it not compatible.
Any suggestions?
