You are right about planning ahead that's why we are evaluating their Win2003 based solution as well
But as of current, 2X is working really well with this XP based terminal server
In our case, we were looking for ROI in 1 year time which we can't do it with Win2003 server and Citrix, so anything after the 1st year is a bonus
That's why we have looked at XP terminal server and 2X Apps server
