v2.2 major problems

Bit poster
Running Kubuntu 6.06 host and XP Pro as guest. Host has 1 gig of ram, guest is set to 256mb.

After I upgraded to v2.2 the CPU usage goes to 100% and parallels locks up right after logging into XP.
Also, the com1 serial port is disabled. It says it is locked by another process. (Nothing I am aware of is using it)

Downgraded back to v2.1 and everything works fine now. Very strange...

Any one else seeing this problem ?

I can confirm this problem with WinXP guest on Kubuntu 6.10RC host. And turning off sound makes the problem disappear.
