I am posting this to assist others that are experiencing the same/similar issues with the new versions of Vectric software and hoping someone will find a solution. Not everyone that upgraded to V12 has the problem so there must be some minor issue that needs to be resolved and so far it has escaped me.

    I am running a 2021 MacBook Pro w/M1 Pro & 16GB mem, Parallels 19 for Mac/Pro Edition, & Windows 11 Pro.
I have Next Wave HD510 CNC and use Vectric's Aspire V12.005 software for CAD & CAM. I recently upgraded my Aspire V11 to V12 and have been experiencing problems with the mouse cursor causing the program to crash.
Any time the program displays an Alert/Warning notice with buttons for "OK", "Close" etc. when I move the cursor to select a button the program crashes as soon as the cursor touches a button (no time to click, just hover over the button).
I have found a work-around by avoiding the buttons and clicking the "X" to close the box. Another option is to avoid the mouse and use the arrow keys to select the needed button and press enter instead of clicking the mouse button.
This works well as long as I remember to use the work-around, but my initial response is always to click the needed button which causes the program to crash and any work performed since the last "Save" function to be lost.
This mandates regular and often project "saves" to avoid work loss on crashes.
Any help with advice, recommendations or solutions will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    James S
