Ventura Dock flashes on screen change

Has anyone noticed the same issue? I've noticed a strange issue after updating to Ventura. Dock disappears and shows again when screen changed. Annoyingly you have to click at leats one time to continue working on your Windows environment.

The same problem here. MBP 15 i9 6c/32GB/1TB/Vega 20 + PD 17, running 4x monitor, using usually two monitors for Windows and two for Mac. All seems fine, but the disappearing dock and the need to click again in the Windows machine (happens when i click in Mac and go back to Windows, or if I click on different monitor in Windows) drives me crazy. It comes with a slight delay in response...

Ok so out of desperation I just upgraded to PD 18 and guess what... 70 bucks in toilet, nothing changed...

Ok, so I learned to work with Coherence mode, and I love it and never going back. The problem in Coherence is not happening.

Well, PD 18.1.1 and Ventura 13.1.. The issue is still here.
Both for Linux VM and Win 10 VM

And Coherence mode is also became very slow. Too many bugs.
