ver 8 update fail, 15381 unable to start services

the recent update broke my version of parallels, I get the "unable to start Parallels services" message. I uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled, but still get the same message. I can't seem to find a link to downloads for the previous version of 8. How can I fix this?

Just to say, with help from Parallels support I was able to get the previous version and reinstall it which got me back running. For those others with the same issue make sure and use the "report issue" button so they can figure out a fix. They responded very promptly, in fact they had actually responded before I posted this thread but I missed the email. Kudos Parallels.
