version 10-11 upgrade Parallels Tools will not update

Upgrade went smoothly, however the Parallels Tools Installation Agent gets to about 24% and fails with "There was a problem updating Parallels Tools" error. General restart windows and try again message and a link to KB 111730. Parallels image is indeed showing mounted on the CD drive in Windows.
Windows 10 home.

I have uninstalled, re-installed and problem persists.
Any help would be appreciated.

I got this sorted out, I let windows set at the login screen, apparently Windows 10 was updating halting the Parallels Tools installation. When I logged in, it said that Windows successfully updated and the Parallels update agent successully completed. I think it was a case of just bad timing..... all is well now.

Well, I was just coming back here. All is working except Shared clipboard. I can not copy/paste between the host and vm any longer...... Any ideas on that issue?
 
So, it means that Parallels Tools has not been installed completely..
Please try to reinstall it once again and check the issue.
 
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. I also recently "upgraded" to Parallels 10 by mistake. I am double-licensed on the same machine and wanted the new Parallels 11 (which just came out). Can someone help me with this process?
