Version 16.1.2 (49151) Get updates to work on Mojave 10.11.6

This is the 3rd time trying to update Parallels. I have a yearly subscription and every time I update it breaks the application and it won't launch. Gives me an error "Error Can't connect to server". I've tried everything in your supposed "Fix" solutions. They do not work! The only way I could get it to has been to reinstall my Mac OS Mojave 10.11.6. I have reinstalled Mojave 2x now. This is unacceptable! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

 

People are saying that this seems to be working. Can't believe Parallels Techs have failed to fix this.

P.S.
I have to say Parallels in the past has been outstanding, but now with Covid, seems it's is a much different story! However there's no excuse for bringing out the last 3 new updates that DON'T WORK! Get it together please!
