Very Poor 3D Performance - Parallels 8 - Win7

and VM running Windows 7 pro
Late 2011 MBP
i7 2.2ghz
AMD Radeon 6750
8GB Ram
240GB SSD

VM Settings:
4 CPUs
3GB Ram
DX10 3D Acceleration ON
512MB Video Ram
Adjusted for Faster Virtual Machine and Better Performance
Disabled Windows Aero
Disabled Video Card Switching on Mac OSX, to always use high performance card

Running Final Fantasy XIV A realm reborn. Lowest video settings possible and I get horrible 3D performance.
What else can I do??? I really don't have a clue.
 
How did you get it to work? I can't get the game to load up at all with Parallels 8.

Right after clicking the start button on the launcher, it errors out and closes.
