Video Downloader Should Have Ability To Retry Failed Downloads

On sketchy connections or on servers that are being hammered, I'll often see an error message about the video download, but there is no option to retry later. There is only the option to cancel the already aborted download. The downloader should have the option to retry and/or an automatic retry after X minutes.
