Virtual MacOS migrating into a VM

I have a new MacBook Pro M3 with Parallels Desktop installed on it. Also I have an older MacBook Pro Intel i9 where I would like to migrate this Physical MacOS into a MacOS VM to the new MacBook Pro on an M3.

I tried already several approaches I found in the internet. Anyone has an easy ways to do that?

Estou com problema semelhante, tenho MacBook Pro M3 2023, ao seguir os procedimentos orientados pela Parallels na conversão da VM Intel pra ARM (Windows 11 Pro) escolhendo o novo harddisk não deu certo.
Ao acessar a VM com o hardisk aparece a mensagem de que o sistema operacional nao está instalado.
Como resolver essa conversão Intel x ARM na VM com Windows 11 Pro.
