Virtual Memory Low

I have one of the new imacs with 4g of DD3 and a terabyte hardrive i have windows 7 installed on parallels and am running one program IMVU and chat program. every so often i get a alert saying virtual memory low close some programs to continue i cant do anything but exit my imvu program. so i exited windows 7 and uped the memory to all the way on the green side then i started windows and upped the virtual memory in the prefernces but i still get the alert without fail anyone have an idea of what to do.
 
Hi jesseh,
please try to do the following:
1. Open Virtual Machine's configuration > General tab and note value set in Main Memory box
2. Go to Parallels Desktop menu > Preferences > Memory
3. Switch to Manual
4. Set higher value than value set in Main Memory
Check if you continue to receive messages about low virtual memory.
