I have tried to load vista Beta 2 and RC1 and it crashes the computer while expanding files around %85.

I have a:
Mac Book Pro
1.83 GHz
1.5 GB DDR2 SDRAM

Any suggestions?
Any have setup instructions?

I Installed Vista by allocating 1Gb of Ram to Vista while doing the RC1 install, and it worked fine Maybe you can try that.

I installed on a Macbook w 2gig memory. Allocated 512meg to Vista, pretty much the default from Parallels. Installed RC1, didn't have any problems.

My Mac Pro froze in roughly the same place twice, once at 31% expanding files while the other was only at 11%. I couldn't find a way around the freeze, although I haven't really tried very hard.
