I'm currently using vista Home Premium 6 (32 bit) with 1 gig of ram, but it runs slowly as of now. I eventually want to upgrade to Windows 7 (64 bit), but my system was built in 2006, and can only support 4 gigs of memory. is that really enough RAM for Windows 7, or even Vista? the system seems to run fine otherwise, but I'm also wondering about downgrading it to XP (32 Bit) if the system is too old to spend any more money to fix. thanks!
