VM freezing with error message during startup

Booting my VM results in the following error message. Troubleshooting help appreciated. Thanks. Running 7.0.15104 on Mac OS 10.8.3.

"Error C019003 applying update operation 4328 of 105115 (user32.dll.mui)"
 
I think some .dll file missed your system. If possible download the dll file and register it may solve the problems.
