Just went thru this.finneganswake said:When I installed XP the default size of the hard drive was 8 Gigs. I went back through Image Tools and changed it to 15 Gigs. However my C-Drive shows that I have only have 8 Gigs and it is mostly used up. I cannot install, fo example, IE7 Beta 3 - I get an error message saying I don't have enough room.
My paralletls control panel shows i have 15 Gig on my VM Hard Drive with XP, but in reality (the virtual kind of course) I don't seem to.
Thanks for any help.
I'm also total newbie - I worked thru all the steps from the post and I had also printed out the parallels manual that explained to me how to change the VM to use the live cd and then back again. I honestly can't remember - hopefully one of the experts can jump in here and answer your question.finneganswake said:Thank you, Shari. I have much less experience than you - so I have a newbie question: how do I connect the ISO (muliple files sitting in my finder now) to the cd drive in order to boot my VM (my XP VM? or New VM?) and go to the next steps?
Thanks again.
