Hi,
I've rebooted by Macbook and since then, my Windows 10 VM is stuck in Resuming mode.
All the options in the Actions menu are are grayed out (apart from the Resume).
Any ideas how to restart the VM?
I think you would have to force quit Parallels.
Right click on the parallels icon in the menu bar. Force quit should be there. If not you can stop it using activity monitor:
