VM is unresponsive for first 1-2 minutes following resume

Hi

Has anyone else seen an issue when resuming a Windows 10 VM where it is unresponsive for 1-2 minutes after resuming it. Everything looks okay and the mouse pointer changes to the Windows one, but nothing is clickable. After a couple of minutes everything works perfectly.

Any advice or workarounds would be great.
