VM network problem between users

Dear All,

My company just brought a Mac Book for share by users.
I am the administrator of that Mac. The Mac has 2 user a/c, called Admin and Share_User.
My problem is when I *** use Admin *** to start a win 7 guest, it *** could *** connect to network without problem.
However, when I *** use Share_User *** to start the win 7 guest, it *** could not *** connect to network.

Could you please give some suggest to me?
 
After unbox the Mac, I do following

1) create my own Mac account, called Admin
2) installed parallels desktop 10 and win 7 guest machine *** UNDER Admin A/C ***.
3) After that, move the win 7 guest machine to the /Users/Shared/Parallels.
4) create another Mac user Share_User for users
5) changed the permission with "og+wx" option
6) add the guest machine for both Admin and Share_User
