VM settings are grayed out

I just installed Parallels and am trying to see how do you copy files from the host OS to the guest one. And I can't seem to figure it out. (I'm using macOS Ventura as both host and guest.)
Then I think I saw somewhere that the setting is in the guest VM settings, but in my case it's grayed out (see attached.)

Any idea what am I doing wrong?

Thank you for contacting Parallels support.

If you are running a macOS virtual machine on a Mac with Apple M series chip, you may notice a lack of a cogwheel configuration icon.
This is because currently, adjusting the configuration of such a virtual machine is only possible by editing a configuration file inside the virtual machine package.
