VM Time Adding 1hr every couple of minutes

After the UK clocks changed to DST my VM which is set up for Chinese (With Chinese timezone) keeps advancing by 1hr every couple of minutes. I have syncronise with host checked in configuration and also allow different timezone. This was working fine until clocks changed and now keeps advancing causing Oracle errors with an application (especially once several days out).

Anyone else seen this or know how to resolve it?

 

Workaround

I have disabled sync with host and also ensured the system time does not sync with internet time. Not really a solution but prevents the problem for now. Anyone run VM's in different timezone to their local machine?
