Running Parallels 11 with a new install of Win10. Performance is very sluggish in VS15. I allocated 10gb (16gb on macbook pro) to the vm but when I look at the Performance monitor in Win 10, it indicates only 2.5 available. Originally had 4 processors. Knocked down to 2.
Why would it not utilize all of the memory allocated to it (10 as opposed to 2.5)? What am I missing?
