W10 unable to shutdown

    Following installation of windows and Parallels desktop 13, have found that from within windows cannot open menu, or even shutdown windows. click on window icon bottom left of screen, and nothing happens. have to return to mac os and select force quit. Any advice on this would b e appreciated
