Hi, I have a MacBook with Windows XP and Parallels installed. I find that I no longer need to use Windows and would like to uninstall it from my Mac to free up the room. How do I go about doing that? The only reason I had Windows installed was because I was using a PC CAD Program which I no longer use. Thanks. Joyce
To uninstall Parallels use the uninstall package from the Parallels installer .dmg. Check to also delete your settings if you really want to get rid of everything related to Parallels. To remove Windows delete the Parallels folder in ~/Documents, this will delete all your Virtual Machines. If it's a Bootcamp installation, also use Boot Camp Assistant.app and remove the Windows partition. And that's it, you're done.
