Signed in this morning and receive a note that my license had expired. No pop-ups ahead of time for any of the users. No emails to me (being the account manager) stating that my license was going to expire soon. We buy our licenses every three years, so unless I put something on my calendar in three years stating that the license is going to expire, I won't remember. What happens if I'm not here in three years? Maybe a pop-up on the users computers stating that the licensing is expiring soon would be the best move.
We implemented a grace period and warnings. You should also get emails from us. If you are a Business Edition customer with multiple copies, an Account Manager will contact you far in advance.
