We can't Activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organizations activation server

Can anyone please help with the following error. I downloaded windows from VLSC, Microsoft's volume licensing service center as our company uses managed windows deployment. This is where it has an auto activation, though I am receiving the following error;
