Regarding the hardware manufacturer do you mean that's Mac OX ?
Because I have no idea about these ?
If you have router, you can see hardware manufacturer on router box, or in documentation, also you can contact your ISP provider about details (if they installed router)
Every router has manual how to set firewall rules, bandwidth throttling etc
