Web portal issue

I hope the moderators will be able to address the problem of dialog box popup. It says:

Do you want to Open or Save this file?

Name: App0001.2xa
Type: TSClient.Document, 277 bytes
From: demoServer.com

How can I stop the dialog box from popup or How can I remove the "save" option from the dialog box.

If there is no solution, simply tell me than to ignore the posting. I hope someone has a suggestion to the problem.

I'd also like to know if this is possible, I've removed the option to save files using the "File Type" tab under folder options in XP, it still prompts instead of open, even setting the default action to open doesnt work.

removing the secondary step to press open each time would be great.
