Hello, What version of macOS are you using? Also what is the version of Safari? Do you have problem with taking screenshots of all web pages or only certain? It would be great to generate Technical Report and post it's ID here to understand your environment (https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107)
thanks for you reply. the OS version is macOS Catalina 10.15.5 and Safari version is 13.1.1. Now the problem is that the screenshots failed to be take for all web pages. I have generate the report, the report ID is 343186041. Thanks a lot.
