Without sounding negative, but have the support team gone away... I posted a message here some time back about when you would be able to login to the web portal when your password had expired with the prompt forcing you to change it. No response. I even email two individuals directly and have been ignored despite one of the them asking if I had any questions to let her know. Still waiting since 1 October. Basically, when using the webportal, you can only login if you password has not expired or if it hasn't been setup to be changed on next login. All of our users are external customers and trying to get some of them to configure the web client is a job in itself, so I don't want to start configurign the 2X Client just so that they can change the password. I was told that this would be added, but no time frame. Is it going to happen or should I remove 2X and purchase Citrix. We got better support prior to purchase, but now that we have purchased the software it seems that 2X have gone on holiday with our money. Any response - we are looking at purchasing for another 3 servers, but not if this doesn't get fixed. James
Hi James We are looking into adding a option into the web interface in the future. At present it can only be changed using the full client
Thanks for this Lee. I have had responses from the emails I sent last week now as well. I was, however, told that this would be added to the next release way back in March this year. Are we talking major release (version 7) or the next update? James
