Please configure Virtual Machine for Design,
1. Shut down Windows Virtual Machine.
2. Go to Configure http://kb.parallels.com/117287 > General > "Configure for" click on change > choose Design > start Virtual Machine and let us know how does it work.

I do not see this option in Parallels 9.0.24237. Where is the General dialog box does 'Configure for' exist?
