Weird loop windows activation

After upgrading to 3810 My windows keeps asking to re-activate. Bet when I try to activate win says the system has already been activated, then loops to the login screen again. Is this a known problem? How could i re-install windows to solve this? I cannt reach the vm andf I dont want to loose my vm.

Can you please clarify "the same problem in safe mode"
1) you boot in Safe mode -> activate and see already activated
2) you cannot boot in safe mode? (Virtual Machine -> send keys -> F8)
 
Safe mode

When I start the vm in safe mode It also loops around the login / acivation. I cannot enter Windows to change anything.
