Weird Red Tint/Distortion in select programs

I've searched around but have not been able to find related issues. There is this weird reddish tint that shows up in select places. Initially it happened with the install of Vista. It's mostly usable with the exception of distortion that doesn't allow me access to certain blocks of space.

I then installed Win 7 as a separate Virtual Machine. Everything was fine until I installed i POS system i use called RQ4. Everything in Win 7 stays completely normal with the exception of this program. The exact same thing happens.

Take a look at the pics. I'm hoping someone has seen this before.

have you found a solution to this? I have the same problem. I am running a 32bit version of Vista on my early 2011 macbook pro
 
I'm having the same issue after upgrading to Parallels 6, running Vista on a Macbook Air.
