What do you recommend to backup every night

We have a program running all the time and therefore can't shut down the virtual machine, what can we use to back up the data and software?

Hi. it will be much better to shut down your VM before the full VM back up.
And also you can take a snapshot (Actions -> take a snapshot) once your create a new data.
