What file is needed for a PC to run Parallels desktop?

I have just downloaded Parallels Desktop on my PC so that I can run both XP & MAC. The instructions say that Parallels desktop has to be installed on both computers. But I cant find the XP Application.

Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Parallels Desktop software allows you to run Windows in Virtual Machine on Mac.
Do you mean that you want to migrate Windows from your PC to Mac? If so, you need install Parallels Transporter to your PC, you can download it from this page:
