What is latest released Windows 11 ARM, and how do I get it?

You can try this (from MS) registry change. It worked on our standard Windows 11 Pro workstation template to update it from 22H2 to 24H2.

Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windowsupdate]
"TargetReleaseVersion"=dword:00000001
"ProductVersion"="Windows 11"
"TargetReleaseVersionInfo"="24H2"
 
Sorry perhaps someone else can answer what you are seeing. I know when I did it it took a while (and quite a few restarts) but didn't have any issues.

When i open it, it mounts it as a DVD drive with the name "esd2iso.1523DD47-86B5-435F-AB2F-"
When I double click on this file it shows the contents, with a file called "setup" as an application.
When I double click on this I am asked to confirm that I would like to allow it to make changes on my computer.
