What License Do I Need If Already Installed Mountain Lion?

I have Parallels 6 but already installed Mountain Lion before upgrading to Parallels 7. Do I need to purchase a full license or will the upgrade license work? I'd rather not buy the upgrade then find out it won't work because I already upgraded to Mountain Lion. Have been in the support site for the last hour or two and have not been able to find an answer to my question.
 
No matter which OS you are running on Mac - if you already have PD6 key - you only need an upgrade key for Parallels Desktop 7 - no need to purchase full licence.
