what version of parallels works with windows 7 and Sierra

hello - i need help please! - i have a MacBook Pro and was running Maverick OS with parallels 9 and windows 7 - i just upgraded the operating system on my MacBook Pro to Sierra and found out that Parallels 9 is not compatible...i would like to keep Sierra and upgrade parallels, however, i need to know which version of parallels is compatible with Sierra and windows 7 (note: i cannot change the windows 7 os) thanks much!
