I have bought many upgrades to Parallels. Latest was from V17. I hadn't got round to it, in the meantime V19 came out. 'Sure, just use your unused license key'. I did and Parallels stopped working completely fixed by reverting back to V18. Challenged the guidance I was given and the response was 'hard luck, pay again'
