Whenever i close Parallels completely, the Virtual Machine that i installed windows on deletes completely and i have to reinstall windows and the applications i installed in windows, anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for the help!

You should file a Problem report. Knowledgebase article: http://kb.parallels.com/en/9058
you should also check to make sure Parallels Tools are installed in you vm.
